OUR STORY

The Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises is registered business membership organization with a mandate to coordinate and promote the growth and development of the NMSMEs of the Nigerian economy. This body was jointly conceived and birthed by promoters of MSMEs in the private sector and some agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria in 1998. The governmental agencies involved are the Bank of Industries, Central Bank of Nigeria, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trades and Investment amongst others. The association is the apex body that will coordinate MSME activities and interact with local and foreign organizations whose services are vital for the development of MSME.

Inauguration of NASME Osun Chapter

We contribute meaningfully to business environment policy formulation through advocacy and interactions with development partners. Currently, the National Secretariat and the Liaison office of NASME are located in Lagos and Abuja respectively. The Osun State Chapter of NASME was inaugurated in 2006 to foster and harness the enormous potentials of MSMEs towards economic transformation of the state.
